What is collected

Only what you type into the form: your name, your village or urbanisation, your phone number and, if you choose to fill them in, your mobile provider and one line about what happens. The last two are optional and serve to prepare the survey: the authorisation has to be requested from one specific company. In the short form at the bottom of the pages: your name if you type it, a phone number or an email, and your message. In the form on the “Equip your home” guides: the same, plus the guide you are writing from, so we know what you mean. We receive and answer those requests ourselves: we do not work with partner installers and we do not hand your details to any company; if it ever made sense to put you in touch with a third party, we would ask you first and only do it with your express agreement. Nothing else. This site builds no profiles, does not track your browsing and uses no third-party analytics tool; the only thing counted is an anonymous ping when the WhatsApp button is pressed, explained under cookies.

What for

To reply to you, tell you whether your area can be fixed and, if you want to go ahead, prepare the survey and the quote.

On what basis

On your consent, given by ticking the box on the form, and in order to deal with your request ahead of a possible contract. You can withdraw it at any time; what was done before that remains valid.

Where it goes

When you press “Send”, what you typed into either form is sent to this same website and stored on our server, so that we can reply to you. From there it reaches us by email at contact@holasignal.com.

If you would rather message us on WhatsApp, that conversation is also governed by the privacy policy of Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.

Your details are not passed to anyone else, and they are not sold.

For how long

As long as it takes to deal with your request. If nothing comes of it, your request and the conversation are deleted. If there is an installation, what tax obligations and the equipment warranty require is kept.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, for it to be corrected or erased, and object to or restrict its use, by writing to contact@holasignal.com. If you believe this has been handled badly, you can complain to the Spanish data protection authority, www.aepd.es.

Minors

The form is not intended for anyone under fourteen.
