What is collected

Only what you type into the form: your name, your village or urbanisation, your phone number and, if you choose to fill them in, your mobile provider and one line about what happens. The last two are optional and serve to prepare the survey: the authorisation has to be requested from one specific company. Nothing else. This site builds no profiles, does not track your browsing and uses no third-party analytics tool; the only thing counted is an anonymous ping when the WhatsApp button is pressed, explained under cookies.

What for

To reply to you, tell you whether your area can be fixed and, if you want to go ahead, prepare the survey and the quote.

On what basis

On your consent, given by ticking the box on the form, and in order to deal with your request ahead of a possible contract. You can withdraw it at any time; what was done before that remains valid.

Where it goes

The form sends nothing to any server of ours. It opens WhatsApp on your own phone with the message already written, and you decide whether to press send. From that point the conversation lives in WhatsApp and is governed by the privacy policy of Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. If you would rather not go through WhatsApp, write directly to contact@holasignal.com.

Your details are not passed to anyone else, and they are not sold.

For how long

As long as it takes to deal with your request. If nothing comes of it, the conversation is deleted. If there is an installation, what tax obligations and the equipment warranty require is kept.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, for it to be corrected or erased, and object to or restrict its use, by writing to contact@holasignal.com. If you believe this has been handled badly, you can complain to the Spanish data protection authority, www.aepd.es.

The form is not intended for anyone under fourteen.
