We say no when the answer is no
A booster does not fix every house, and we would rather lose the sale than have you spend on something that won't work for you.
If there is no signal on the roof
A booster strengthens what is already there. If there is nothing up on the roof to pick up, there is nothing to boost: we measure first and we tell you first.
If your operator says no
We do not install, and you do not pay for an installation. The permission is not in our hands and we will not promise you an answer that is not ours to give.
If it can be fixed for free, we say so
Sometimes WiFi Calling or a change of provider is enough. Both are free, and we look at both before charging you anything.

We take the signal from up top and bring it indoors
Up on the roof there is nearly always signal. Inside, through the walls, it doesn't reach. We pick it up on the roof with an outdoor antenna, bring it down a cable, strengthen it and release it again indoors through an indoor antenna.
This is what we sell, and only this. It is not an app, it is not an internet call and it is not a new WiFi network: it is your ordinary network — Movistar, Vodafone, Orange, whichever you have — brought inside the house. We fit no router, we create no WiFi and we don't touch the one you already have. And we are not an internet company: we sell no megabits and we are no replacement for fibre.
We measure
Indoors, outdoors and on the roof, noting which operator and which band are worth using.
We ask for authorisation
From your provider, in writing and in your name, with the survey in hand. This is the step that can take time, because it is not up to us.
We install
Half a day. Outdoor antenna aimed at the best mast, fixed and earthed; the booster indoors and the indoor antenna where you actually talk.
We test
In the same spot in the living room where there was nothing before. And we make a call with you, on your own phone, before we leave.
With your operator's permission, or it doesn't go up
In Spain a mobile-telephony booster may only be switched on by the operator who holds those frequencies, or by someone that operator authorises. The Spanish Ministry says exactly that. We request that authorisation from your provider before anything goes up, in writing and in your name — it is the part of the job no online shop does for you. Without it we do not install.
About 112 and emergency calls. We promise you nothing in writing, and be wary of anyone who does. This works with the signal that already exists on your roof: if that signal fails, it fails indoors too. And it runs on mains power, so in a blackout it stops. Always keep another way available: we show you one during the installation.
One fixed price, no surprises
A single payment, and no monthly fee. Not ours and not anyone's: there is no data plan to take out, no new SIM card and no second bill. You stay with your provider exactly as you are today.
