Activity
Installation, in private homes, of outdoor antennas and of mobile-telephony signal amplification equipment, for the purpose of providing coverage inside the dwelling, together with the filing, with the operator, of the request for prior authorisation of that installation. HolaSignal installs no routers and no WiFi networks, is not a telecoms operator and not an internet service provider: it sells no data plans, no mobile lines, arranges no internet connections, and guarantees no connection speed. The mobile line is yours, in your name, with whichever operator you prefer.
The operator's prior authorisation
Mobile signal amplification equipment transmits in frequency bands whose right of use belongs to the licensed operators. Under article 84 of Spanish Ley 11/2022, of 28 June, the General Telecommunications Act, and the informative notice of the Secretariat of State for Telecommunications and Digital Infrastructure on mobile signal repeaters, installing such equipment requires the prior authorisation of the operator holding the licence. HolaSignal files that request on the customer's behalf and with the customer's consent, but gives no guarantee whatsoever that the authorisation will be granted, nor of the time it will take: the decision rests solely with the operator. If the operator refuses, or does not reply, the installation is not carried out and the customer pays nothing for an installation; the prior survey, if carried out and invoiced, remains due. HolaSignal installs and commissions no amplification equipment without that authorisation.
Emergency calls
HolaSignal does not guarantee that calls to the emergency services, including 112, will work, nor the accuracy of the location attached to such calls. The customer must keep an alternative means of calling the emergency services available at all times. WiFi Calling, where it is mentioned on this site, is a service provided by the customer's operator and not a HolaSignal service: its availability depends on the operator and the handset and may change without any involvement on our part.
Prices and quotes
Prices on this site are in euros, VAT included, and cover a standard installation. The signal survey confirms the price before any work starts: if your house needs something other than what is published, you are told at that point and nothing is carried out without your agreement.
Right of withdrawal
Where the contract is concluded at your home or at a distance, you have fourteen calendar days to withdraw without giving a reason. If you expressly ask for the work to begin before those fourteen days are up and then withdraw, you pay for the part of the service already provided. To withdraw, an email to contact@holasignal.com is enough.

Applicable law
Spanish law applies. In consumer contracts, the competent court is the one where the consumer lives.
